The email you used at the firm, your challenge ID, account size, name, phone or Telegram, purchase date and an optional purchase receipt. We never collect trading passwords.

To verify ownership of your challenge, submit your order to the firm, process payment and send status updates.

Receipts are encrypted and deleted automatically after a set retention period. Order records are kept as required by law.
