Refund policy

If your order fails our verification or the firm declines to activate your account, we refund the full service fee automatically to the payment method you used.

Once the firm has activated your funded account, the service has been delivered and the fee is not refundable, regardless of your trading results.

Refunds are issued within 2 business days of the rejection. Your bank or wallet may take additional time to show the credit.
